Recently, Pat Iyer commented on using on LinkedIn about using WordPress as a blog. I certainly agree that this is an excellent tool for LNCs who want a simple website presence that they can learn to manage themsleves. To that end, I came across this post by Koost de Valk on Yoast offering the top 11 Wordpress plugins and i thought I would share them with you. Some may or may not be applicable to your practice blog/site but all have a very strong place in the marketing world. Check ‘em out.
One of the marketing blogs that I follow regularly just had their website hacked and essentially taken apart. All of their content was deleted or removed making it impossible for her clients to access specific areas or downloads or even to use her web forms. Like our world, nowhere is really safe. And the “putting back” together of your site is often quite difficult and expensive. So much so, that she just built a whole new site and got serious about protecting her content and her clients.
That got me to thinking. I have had similar experiences to this so I thought I’d share a few quick ways that you can better protect your site and your email from cyber hackers.
If you need to:
•Take control of the way you market your practice.
•Win over more of the prospective clients you meet with.
•Figure out how to get your information in front of the decision makers.
•Find better clients who will happily pay what you charge.
Or, if you find yourself saying, “I am not getting enough business and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong (or right).”
…then the Advanced 2011 Marketing Group is for you!
