A few days ago a friend of mine told me a “secret”. She was starting her own business. My first response wasn’t a congratulatory declaration; rather it was an astonished look followed by a simple question. “Why would that be a secret?” I asked. She responded in kind with a question of her own, “Because, what if it doesn’t work?”
