The Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA) has a neat infographic detailing the latest stats about word or mouth marketing, online and offline. Later this week, I’ll post an article about 99 Word Newsletters that uses the same idea behind infographics such as these. Sometimes you can say a lot without saying a word.
